Terms of Service - Synteza

These terms specify the rules for using the Synteza service, operated by CG Jakub Cichocki Spółka komandytowa based in Poznań. This document constitutes an integral part of the agreement between the service and users.

By using the service, you accept the terms of service. If you do not accept, please refrain from using the platform.

Synteza provides registry and analytical data about enterprises, allows building company profiles and visualizing their relationships. The scope of available functions depends on the type of package held and user permissions.

The service may offer additional services, such as custom-made reports or API integrations. A detailed description is available in the customer panel and in the current commercial offer.

Creating an account requires providing current identification data and accepting the terms of service. The administrator has the right to verify the correctness of data and refuse to provide services in case of irregularities.

The user is responsible for protecting login data. In case of suspected security breach, immediately change the password and inform the service support.

Materials available in the service constitute processed data collections, protected by copyright. Copying or distributing content without the consent of Synteza Sp. z o.o. is prohibited.

Data can be used only for purposes consistent with the law, with respect for trade secrets and provisions concerning personal data protection.

Some service functions may require subscription or one-time fees. Detailed prices are published in the price list available on the Synteza website and in the customer panel.

Payments are made through secure payment operators. Invoices are issued electronically and made available in the customer panel.

We will make efforts to ensure that data presented in the service is current and complete. However, we reserve that information comes from public registers and external sources, therefore we are not responsible for their potential inaccuracy.

The service is not responsible for lost benefits or indirect damages resulting from using the platform, unless the damage was caused by intentional fault on the part of Synteza.

All intellectual property rights to the service, including trademarks, graphics, databases and source code, belong to Synteza Sp. z o.o. or cooperating entities.

The user receives a non-exclusive, limited license to use materials to the extent necessary to realize business needs. Creating derivative databases based on Synteza resources without written consent of the administrator is prohibited.

Complaints regarding service operation can be reported by email to [email protected] or through the form available in the Contact tab.

The report should contain a description of the problem and data enabling account identification. Response is given within 14 business days.

The user may terminate use of the service at any time by giving notice in accordance with the conditions of the selected plan. In the case of paid accounts, the billing period specified in the agreement applies.

Synteza reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the user violates the terms of service, acts to the detriment of the service or other users.

The terms of service may be subject to changes, about which users will be informed with at least 14 days' notice. Continuing to use the service after changes come into force means their acceptance.

In matters not regulated by the terms of service, generally applicable provisions of Polish law apply. Disputes will be resolved by the competent common court in Warsaw.
